“Hi Terry, Just thought I’d drop you a quick note to let you know
how pleased we are with all of the different properties you’ve decontaminated for us
in the last year, I’ve lost track with exactly how many but I think there are around two dozen.
The one thing that is super pleasing that we didn’t realise would happen is that the
properties that have been treated and their contamination levels reduced
to below the 0.5 μg/100 cm2 reading have in every case reduced even further with retesting
months later due to a change of tenancies. In most cases the rooms have come down
to 0.02/0.03 μg/100 cm2. Not only is your service and system by far the easiest to work with
from all of the investigating that I’ve done with us not having to vacate joining properties or remove
